"Awesome Gift and Fantastic Experience"
The ordering was a breeze and it arrived super quick. I got this for my hubby, and he absolutely adores the keyfob and flags. It's such a cool present that he can keep personalizing. Definitely would suggest it!

"Checkout Lacks Customization Choices"
There ain't no way to customize the flag during checkout. They could've just added a charge for it. Plus, I haven't received any confirmation email, and I'm still in the dark about when my parcel will be dispatched or delivered. Just waiting here.

"I've bought a bunch of stuff here..."
I've bought a bunch of stuff here on this site. Being an ex Royal Navy and having traveled to many places, I really dig the concept. I usually get these items as gifts. The process is pretty simple and fast. The only downside is that I can't check my past orders online, so I often have to ask my friend what I've already given her! Sure, we could work on personal organization, but I reckon it would be a nice addition to the online accounts.

Quick shipping, and the keyring along with the flags are just fantastic quality. My daughter is totally thrilled with it, and she can't wait to collect more flags in the future.

"Awesome Item"
Awesome item, it makes for a fantastic gift that's super easy to customize. I got mine really fast! I added the year I visited to all my flags. I was fortunate that a pop-up shop was setting up in my neighborhood just a few days later, and I could choose to pick it up whenever I wanted. It worked out perfectly since I had some Christmas shopping to tackle that Monday. The folks at the store were so nice and thrilled to meet a customer in person. Excellent customer service! I’ll surely be buying more soon.

I'm quite pleased with the quality and the fast shipping. It’s a tad pricey, though; it’d be great if the individual flags were a bit more affordable since I’d love to place a larger order.

"Initially eager to assist"
Initially eager to assist. They sent the flags that were missing but they were the incorrect ones. They said sorry and promised to send the right ones. Sadly, they sent the wrong ones AGAIN and proposed a refund for the flag. I turned it down since I’m looking for a full set of flags with engraving and haven’t received any updates from them since.

"A Year Ago, I Got a Storyteller Keyring..."
Around a year back, I picked up a storyteller keyring as a present for my partner, but we’ve been stuck at home because of covid. Now that our first trip is on the horizon, I went ahead and ordered a first flag, and let me tell ya, it’s stunning! Totally flawless with perfect engraving. I’m super excited to fill it up!

"Awesome products"
Awesome products, exactly as mentioned! The flags and flagmate are both top-notch. I was surprised that the flags didn’t create a louder sound. There were a few minor dents on the back of a couple of the flags. This is the sole reason I’m not rating it 5 stars. Definitely recommended!

"Awesome Experience"
I'm really into their flags and the vibe they give off, but I do wish they offered more countries. There are quite a few flags that I need to complete my collection from the places I've visited. Plus, I've tried reaching out through email on their site, but I never hear back. It's not a huge deal, though.
